DISINFECT

Before using LEONA CUP for the first time, disinfect the cup in boiling water
( 100℃ /212℉ ), for 3-5mins.

FOLD

C-fold

1. Flatten the cup
2. Fold the cup in half 
3. Pinch the cup to maintain a C-fold
4. Insert the cup with the rim facing you

7-fold

1. Flatten the cup
2. Pull one side of the rim down to the base of the cup
3. Pinch the base of the cup to maintain the 7-shape
4. Insert the cup with the rim facing you

Punch-down-fold

1. Push the rim into the body of the cup with your index finger
2. Pinch the cup to keep the rim inside
3. Insert the cup with the rim facing you

INSERT

1. Thoroughly wash your hands and the cup with mild soap and water.

2. Fold the cup with one hand and separate your labia with the other hand.

3. Try to keep the cup folded, insert the cup gently into your vagina, pointing it horizontally towards your tailbone.

4. Gently release the folded cup and it will pop open.

5. Make sure that your LEONA CUP opens completely after inserting it to avoid leakage.

STEM

- LEONA CUP will be positioned differently for everyone. For some, it will sit higher.The position of your cervix can change during your monthly cycle.

-Some LEONA CUP users do not have to trim the stem and can accommodate the entire length of the cup and stem. If your cervix is positioned lower and the stem sticks out of your vagina you can trim it accordingly.

* DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TRIM THE STEM WHILE WEARING THE CUP.

AIR VALVE

1. Use & Removal

- Use
The pressure level can be adjusted while wearing the cup.
Briefly press the air valve once or twice.
- Removal
To remove the cup, gently press the air valve and slowly pull the cup down while moving it from side to side.

2. Cleaning

To clean the air valve, press it a few times with the stem in running water.
When the valve is pressed when removing the cup, some liquid may enter the inner structure of the cup, however the dual structure of the air valve will not let blood leak through.
